Common U.S. entry waiver questions
Entry Waivers are issued for periods ranging from six months to five years. However the most common term issued is one year.
A US entry waivers is not a permanent document. Like a passport, this is something that will need to be renewed.
You will need an entry waiver if any of the following apply to you:
- You have EVER been refused entry at the border.
- You have overstayed your time in the US (over 6 months without status)
- You worked illegally in the USA
It can take anywhere from four to nine months to revice a US Entry Waiver.
In total the entire application and approval process can take anywhere between 12 to 18 months.
You may still need a waiver because the United States Customs do not recognize a Canadian Pardon.
What people are saying about US
I truly recommend doing business with this company, they are professional, I was convicted back in 2008, it’s been hard finding a job. Today I have a good job, I am free from my criminal record.
Thanks for your help.
